Associate Director, Marketing
The Associate Director, Marketing, Debt Investment Solution is responsible for leading both strategy and execution for inbound and outbound content-led marketing programs that drive brand awareness and lead acquisition for Fitch Solutions. A successful candidate will be results-driven, sales-focused, and have a creative mindset.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-profile marketing projects simultaneously. This key team member should have excellent interpersonal skills, and written communication skills, in order to be able to tell a customer-centric story that resonates with our core audiences. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills to create programs that engage our audiences (according to the buyer's journey), and then optimize the path to conversion. Reporting into the Marketing Director, the Associate Director, Marketing will work with a network of marketing, product, market development, and sales teams to articulate the value of and build interest in our solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement solution-specific strategic marketing and communications plans to generate awareness, loyalty and new leads
  • Work closely with product, sales and market development to identify targets and develop effective campaigns to create MQLs that convert to pipeline
  • Deliver multi-channel lead generation campaigns for defined user personas that tell a 'story'. Identify the content needed to execute campaigns, work closely with the Content Marketing Manager. As required, devise a strategy for localizing content and identify the most effective ways to distribute content to the regional audience
  • Demonstrate a "data-first" mentality to understand and identify areas for opportunities, improvement, and investment. Continually measure and own key metrics including MQLs, SQLs and Pipeline and make campaign recommendations based on performance
  • Understand how new leads are flowing through the lead and opportunity lifecycle across various stages and continually recommend new strategies and tactics for optimization


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance/credit or related area of study
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing role
  • Experience in financial services/credit markets a plus
  • Previous experience using marketing automation (i.e., Marketo) and/or CRM database management (i.e., Salesforce.com) tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Thinks analytically with sales outcomes in mind and how marketing activities translate into superior outcomes
