Associate Director, Credit Analyst - CLOs (Structured Credit)
Fitch Ratings is seeking a Associate Director or Director level Credit Analyst to join our Structured Credit group. We develop investor-focused surveillance tools and continually look for opportunities to enhance our existing offerings to ensure that a security's risk is clearly identified and that our opinions continue to be objective and forward-looking. The candidate is responsible for assigning and reviewing ratings on various structured credit transaction types including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), which involves modeling cash flows, legal documentation review, analyzing collateral, preparing credit committee reports, and communicating credit opinions to investors and issuers.
The ideal candidate will possess:
· Four plus years of experience with Structured Finance, CLOs,or leveraged loans
· Excellent proficiency in Excel, VBA, and Word
· Strong quantitative and analytical thinking
· Superb attention to detail and time management skills
· Strong communication skills
· Bachelor's degree in finance or a business related field with significant coursework in Finance
