Associate Director Asset Backed Securities

Provide ongoing deal team support for existing transactions, including ongoing funding and surveillance as well as portfolio management oversight.  

Perform due diligence on issuers of credit card, auto loan, equipment leases, royalities and  other securitized assets.

Monitor existing portfolio of exposures as well as analyze new transactions.

Prior experience with ABS products necessary.

Excellent modeling and communications skills necessary.

Salary $125K-$135K + bonus
