Position Overview

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, New York to provide board-level materials and advisory support on special committee assignments for diversified industrial conglomerate companies. Requires a Master's degree in Finance or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience performing advanced financial and economic analysis to develop strategic solutions for advisory and capital markets transactions. Prior experience must include at least two (2) years of experience preparing presentations and requests for proposals (RFPs) for business generation; analyzing industry trends on market size and volume, competitive landscape, distribution channels, and key stakeholders; drafting live transaction documents, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and lender presentations; building and reviewing complex financial models, including operating models, merger models, valuation models (discounted cash flow and leveraged buyout), and pro forma mergers and acquisitions analyses; modeling complex operating scenarios and transaction structures; assessing financial positions of companies by analyzing profitability, cash flow, liquidity, leverage, debt repayment, and interest coverage; valuing private and public companies using comparable valuation, intrinsic valuation, LBO, and return on investment methodologies; assessing company credit and rating metrics; conducting dry powder, debt capacity, and repayment analyses; and in executing duties, utilizing Bloomberg, FactSet, and Thomson Reuters. #DNI
