Job Description:

The FX electronic Trading Group (QSG) is looking for a new hire to join our eFX Quant desk. The role includes development and implementation of mathematical models and trading systems to hedge principal risk and trade agency FX products.

The role is an Associate or VP member. Candidates are not expected to have in-depth industry knowledge, but it is important that they possess strong quantitative skills and the abilities to independently conduct in-depth research and analytics. Candidates with degrees in a quantitative field such as math or physics are preferred. Knowledge on optimization and machine learning is especially useful. The role requires strong skills in both programming and mathematical/statistical modeling. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are also required.

Role Description:
  • Global team covering FX spot principal and agency trading.
  • Design & development of models and systems that have direct impact on trading performance.
  • Opportunities to work on challenging and interesting models in a dynamic growth area.
  • Working entirely in Front Office alongside quant colleagues & trade specialists.

Competencies and Requirements:
  • Masters or equivalent level preferred.
  • Excellent mathematical skills.
  • Excellent programming skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
