The AWM Ops Change Mobilization team partners withOperations, Technology and Business leadership to take the best of what we do,within and across LOBs, and drive deliberate cross-pollination across AWMOperations teams, promoting global process consistency and standards. Wefocus on evolving the organization's capabilities to move from lower tohigher-value added tasks, and creating agile processes, teams andinfrastructure that enable differentiated client experiences andoutcomes. We follow a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach toidentify opportunities and employ co-design principles to create effective,scalable, well controlled solutions. Those solutions seek to differentiallyequip our people and support their development as Operations professionals ofthe future. We serve the broader organization and maintain a service-orientedattitude in all that we do.

Currentinitiatives include:
  • Design - establish and implement design capability including service design practice using internal and external resources; implement process/decision modeling program including deploying software, creating guidelines and ongoing governance
  • Modelling & Analysis- partner with technology to agree strategic technical architecture; establish best practices for all stages of data analytics lifecycle and support adoption x-LOB
  • Intelligent Automation - identify and coordinate existing initiatives and resources, establish best practices; program manage ongoing initiatives and support BAU operations' execution; liaise with firm-wide programs and represent AWM Operations in evaluation and implementation of existing and emerging digital tools
  • X-LOB Opportunities / Community Management - identify and provide vision, cohesion and where necessary, program management support to identified opportunities; develop and support communities of interest/practice
  • Practice Development - support the design and launch of our team's service offerings, structure and staffing
As part of the Change Mobilizationteam, the Business Decision Management (BDM) center of excellence focuses onbuilding a best in class BDM capability to optimize and automate operationaldecisions across AWM using a Low Code approach.

High Value Automation Projects: As an experienced Business Decision Management and Modelingprofessional, you will work on critical projects, modeling the current andfuture state process model/decision models, optimization of models, conductinterview with key stakeholders to understand the process end to end, reviewmodels with controls and risk team, obtain sign-off from stakeholders andpublish the models.

Modeler: As an expert modeler, youwill also be required to follow the standard notations, version management, useof asset libraries etc. to build high quality models The responsibility willinclude providing guidance, support and training to other process modelers onthe standard notations and procedures, build standard dictionaries and assetlibraries, review and publishing of models.

Capability Building and ProductManagement: In addition to supporting key initiatives, you will drive thesupport and growth of the BDM low code automation capability, and center ofexcellence across all aspects. This includes partnering with and driving andTechnology strategy, developing and implementing governance and quality controlstandards, driving organizational change management, and integrating with otherlow code capabilities such as WF automation, RPA, etc.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts tounderstand and document decisions within Signavio
  • Be an active member of the DesignModeling Center of Excellence and support the community of practice members.
  • Actively participate and providehands-on support during problem identification sessions, to help capture anddocument problems, major issues and actionable opportunities
  • Manage and track deliverables, andprovide status reports as required by management
  • Develop deep trust-based relationshipswith colleagues
  • Partner with Operations teams totrack and monitor deliverables as they implement recommendations
  • Partner with Technology teams todesign and build Implementation solutions for business decisions
  • Support the automation of decisionmodels with Technology
  • Drive training courses acrossBusiness Decision Management and Modeling
  • Identify and raise potentialroadblocks / obstacles and escalate issues to the team
  • Interact with other high-performingteams within JPM to inspire innovation and champion change throughout the bank
  • Continually look for opportunitiesto support the team's service offering with a focus on repeatable, scalable,exportable practices and tools

  • 5 years of experience working low codeautomation capabilities and a deep understating of low code implementationlifecycle
  • Expert knowledge on BPMN, DMN, UML and otherprocess modelling frameworks
  • Experience with workflow automation, andassociated requirements documentation
  • Hands on experience with mapping and modellingtools using DMN and BPMN- example tools include Signavio, Camunda, Sapiens,Appian, etc.
  • Must showcase skills on process modelling,decisions modelling, creating asset library, optimization of process models,simulations and prototyping
  • Experience in designing, architecting, andoptimizing decisions models specifically for implementation
  • Must have expertise of process improvement andprocess re-engineering frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma. Yellow Belt or higheris a plus
  • Proven record of using process mapping andimprovement techniques to improve process and decision efficiency, andidentifying control gaps to improve overall operational capabilities
  • Ability to hold and independently drivestakeholder and working group conversations on project
  • Understanding of core concepts of dataanalysis, ETL, and management e.g. KPIs, KRIs, KGIs etc.
