Internal ClientAdvisor (ICA) Role Description
The primary role ofthe internal client advisor (ICA) is to work with financial advisors to
- Share insights around financial markets
- Help construct investment portfolios
- Provide specific investment solutions based on client needs
Successful ICAcandidates will not only have a strong understanding of financial markets, butalso are able to explain complex financial concepts in simple, repeatableterms.
As a member of theJ.P. Morgan internal sales team, you will work with closely with a seniorterritory based sales partner to develop a holistic strategy to cover aterritory of financial advisors. Youwill service existing clients while also identifying new businessopportunities. As an ICA you will spendthe majority of your time on the phone speaking with advisors, cultivatingrelationships, building partnerships, and sharing ideas that benefit theadvisors and their clients. We provideextensive coaching to help our people achieve their goals and continue theirprofessional development. Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor degree required
- Experience: 2 year's financial services experience
- Licenses: Minimum requirement Series 6 / Series 7 and 63
- Strong sales and relationship building experience
