Analyst/Associate/ VP- FICC Trading, US Par Loan
Job Description:

Bank of America is looking for a trader for their US Par Loan Trading team. This candidate requires the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal support partners and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the product area including market liquidity and volatility, pricing, and trading/hedging strategies. Position demands outstanding organizational skills with ability to multi-task, and have ability to connect with a diverse range of people.

Qualifications
  • Looking for either Analyst, Associate or VP level candidate
  • Min 2+ years of Fixed Income experience with a focus on credit products
  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Demonstrates comprehensive credit trading experience, specifically in the leveraged finance space. Understand the marketplace and client needs to drive product growth/development.
  • Develops and executes strategies for increased account connectivity and production.
  • Must be proactive and demonstrate ownership and initiative taking.
  • Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management capabilities
  • Experience working with internal and external clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with a focus on maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in the global capital markets, including understanding the fundamental and technical drivers of the loan, credit derivative, and bond markets
  • Basic understanding of FICC regulatory environment and industry initiatives.
