RG is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic individual to work as Chief of Staff for the head of the business. Strong written communication and presentation-building skills are a must. Time management, a sense of urgency, and attention to detail are also imperative.
You will be an integral part of RG, working with executive team members on special projects, talking points and speeches, team initiatives, business management efforts, industry and market intelligence research and more. The role will continue to evolve over time - an exciting opportunity for someone interested in working on one of the firm's most important priorities. What you'll bring:
How you will lead:
At least 1-4 years of relevant industry experience (preferably with an emphasis on communications, presentation building, and strategy)
Excellent communication skills, including writing and presentations; a talent for clearly articulating complex ideas and distilling key insights
A passion for a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and a knack for juggling multiple priorities
An aptitude for project management, with the ability to clearly communicate objectives, plans, status and results
A team player mentality, with the desire to roll up your sleeves and the ability to partner at all levels
A high degree of self-starting initiative and organization
Create presentations and talking points for client meetings, press engagements, industry events and meetings with senior BlackRock leaders
Own and drive the agenda for our business-wide townhalls and speaker series
Collaborate across the organization to craft key RG team communications
Spearhead key talent agenda initiatives
Embrace new opportunities to contribute to ad hoc strategic projects
