Brookfield Infrastructure Group is one of Brookfield Asset Management's primary operating platforms. The Group operates and manages over $113 billion of assets owned through its listed and unlisted investment vehicles. The Brookfield Infrastructure Debt fund is deploying debt capital from the first fund that closed above fundraising targets in 2017 and the 2019 vintage infrastructure debt fund. The fund targets the sectors in which Brookfield currently invests including transportation, renewable power, utilities, data and energy with a target to invest in mezzanine positions including subordinated OpCo debt or structurally subordinated HoldCo debt.
