Administrative Assistant - Evercore Wealth Management
Evercore seeks to hire an Administrative Assistant for its wealth management and trust group. The individual will be responsible for providing the everyday administrative functions and support to teams in the New York office.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinating meeting and event details
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Preparing documents and expense reports for multiple professionals
  • Supporting the teams in preparing for meetings
  • Filing/organizing documents into the appropriate locations
  • Scanning documents in bulk
  • Performing other essential administrative functions as needed

Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience in administrative support (2+ years)
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Initiative and responsibility, to anticipate needs and follow through
  • Strong organizational/administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Desire and ability to work in a smaller team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility for overtime
