What will you be doing?
Barclays Services Corp. seeks AVP - Technology Internal Auditor in New York, NY (multiple positions available):
• Execute technology audits in the following areas: technology and information risk, applications, security, resilience, data management, technology operations and infrastructure
• Identify, assess and document risks and technology controls
• Develop audit testing strategies and procedures
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of technology controls and document this understanding in the Barclays Internal Audit (BIA) toolkit
• Perform data analytics using data analytics tools in audits where necessary
• Write high quality audit observations and support the Audit Owners in writing the report
• Discuss and agree the factual accuracy of audit observations with internal and external management when necessary
• May telecommute
What we're looking for:
• Employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Math, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
Where will you be working?
You will be working at our New York, New York location at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the façade of the building. The building is easily accessible to Restaurants, Shops and Public Transportation.
