Overview:

In partnership with Global Human Resources (HR) Business Partners and the Business, the Talent Development (TD) team is responsible for centrally managed aspects of developing talent, leaders and people. The TD team led the design and implementation of key products and processes to maximize business performance, including enterprise-wide technology based solutions.

You will project manage all transactional aspects of the training lifecycle. You will be responsible for the planning and co-ordination of centrally managed programs. You will liaise with the wider TD team to cover tasks such as vendor scheduling, budgets, reporting and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule project tasks to ensure timely delivery of development programs
  • Own and manage vendor relationships including contracting
  • Manage the invoice process for training
  • Create project related quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
  • Assist in answering training queries
  • Support Global TD team in covering training related tasks e.g. vendor scheduling, logistics, budgeting, reporting
  • Work in partnership with regional teams to execute delivery in global locations

You will have:

  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to prioritize key tasks and deliverables together with TD leads
  • Experience of working with external vendors
  • Experience of project process management
  • Knowledge of technology applied to Learning solutions
  • Knowledge of business services or have professional services experience in a global context
  • Commercial experience of operating in different markets or cultures
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • A track record of executing in time pressured environment
  • Problem solving skills
  • Influencing skills and strong relationship skills (e.g. effective stakeholder management)
  • The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

You will be:

  • Highly organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional and have a proactive approach
  • Able to liaise with stakeholders across the global organization and be able to influence thinking in senior people
  • Fluent in English - Spanish desirable
