Our client is looking for an HR Business Partner from the financial services industry to make an impact on their fast-paced, growing organization. The primary responsibility is to partner with key business leaders to understand and built out strategies for the greater business.

Our client is a global investment management firm founded almost 30 years ago. They manage $35 billion in assets as of this year and employs close to 3,000 employees around the globe.


  • Work with internal partners to resource and execute people initiatives
  • Coach and advise leaders on key people matters including team and individual development
  • Manage HR programs and processes (performance management, talent reviews, compensation advisory, etc.) to ensure the desired objectives and outcomes are attained
  • Consult with managers to resolve employee relations issues
  • Monitor employee engagement to manage employees productivity
  • Organize and manage training and development programs; research and consult with outside vendors as needed
  • Analyze and report HR data to proactively identify and address trends and issues


  • Over 10 years of HR experience within Financial Services
  • 5 years of experience as an HRBP or generalist managing a team
  • Strong understanding of HR programs including talent and performance management, leadership development and compensation
  • Understanding of employment laws
  • Ability to partner with other business partners outside of HR
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in the business
