Company: A top quant fund in Boston with over 20 Bn assets under management is seeking an experienced equities researcher to build out their quant team. With the some of the best talent in the quantitative space, the firm is seeking to expand its team for improved alpha equity strategy.

Position: We are searching for a Quant Equity Researcher who is looking to conduct alpha factor research in order to generate new strategies in order to select stocks. In this role, Equity Researchers will work with the equities team through factor research and use statistical models. More specifically, Research Analysts will apply various analysis techniques such as modeling and statistical analysis. The ideal candidate has a deep finance intuition with large and small datasets and who can conduct research to implement new strategies. Responsibilities will also include forecasting macro-economic conditions and trends to make investment decisions. 2 - 4 years of previous quantitative research experience is strongly preferred.
