Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership to the M&A team, setting strategic goals and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on M&A strategies and transactions.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by leveraging your industry network and expertise.
• Oversee end-to-end M&A processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, and deal structuring.
• Mentor, develop, and motivate a team of dedicated professionals, fostering their growth and success.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform deal strategies and client recommendations.
• Collaborate with investment banking teams to explore cross-functional opportunities and maximize client value
