What you will be doing:

  • Managing a team of talented Account Managers across North America

  • Driving revenue growth through calculated initiatives to valued Buy Side clients

  • Managing all aspects of the Inside Sales team operations

  • Using a data driven approach and your leadership skills to lead the Account Management team

  • Coordinating sales leads and helping to best utilize available resources to grow existing accounts

  • Negotiating complex agreements

What we need from you:

  • 7 years of experience managing a sales team

  • Strong communication & presentation skills

  • Ability to converse with C level Executives in Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and asset managers

  • Strong organization skills to tackle revenue growth initiatives

  • Ability to lead and maintain a strong sales culture

  • Experience in consultative sales

  • Experience selling a data based product or service into the buy side

  • Polished understanding of Financial Markets

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maintaining a quota
