Are you an exceptional EA with a solid and impressive EA career (ideally from within the Finance Industry?). We are looking for a graduate calibre EA to support Senior Partner of prestigious Private Equity firm in the heart of Manhattan. A busy, involved and at times challenging role. EA - Manhattan - New York

Are you an exceptional EA with a solid and impressive background/experience ideally working in the Finance Industry? We are looking for a graduate calibre EA to support Senior Partner of prestigious Private Equity firm based in the heart of Manhattan. The role will be a busy, involved and at times challenging. You will have all the usual EA responsibilities:-

  • Extensive diary management, travel arrangements, correspondence, usual admin, expenses etc.
  • Update CRM system and keep up to date of all active projects
  • Personal work for Principal and be happy to do that
  • Cover for other members of the support team when necessary (MUST be a team player)
  • Co-ordinate and communicate with the London team daily

Of course you will have exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, excellent IT skills and ability to juggle plenty of tasks calmly.
