Description

The primary responsibilities of the Account Executive include but are not limited to:

  • Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients and build new business
  • Look for new opportunities and hunt opportunities through lead generation
  • Search and source for new candidates and building close relationship
  • Providing resume, interview and career advice to candidates
  • Networking through industry events
  • Providing market knowledge and advice to employers
  • Managing/negotiating candidate offers

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Account Executive:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Must be a team player
  • A highly motivated self-starter
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast moving environment
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
