Software Engineer

Asan experienced Software Engineer, your mission is to help lead our team ofinnovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improvethe way our business is run. This role requires a wide variety of strengths andcapabilities, including:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalentexperience
  • Expertise in application, data andinfrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Advancedknowledge of architecture, design and business processes
  • Keenunderstanding of financial control and budget management
  • Abilityto work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achievecommon goals 5-8 years of experience in Information technology with anemphasis on Application Development
  • Minimum 6 years of hands onApplication Development work experience throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Expertise in Core Java,Multithreading, GWT, Spring Core/Batch, iBATIS, Maven
  • Shell scripting knowledge is a must.
  • Strong working knowledge of OraclePL/SQL
  • Agile/Scrum experience in a largescale organization is an added advantage
  • Strong application design, coding,testing and debugging skills
  • Strong focus on time-management,decision-making, and project delivery
  • Knowledge of version and revisioncontrol practices and procedures
  • Strong communication skills with theability to communicate technical information to non-technical teams and Linesof Business
  • Previous Financial Servicesexperience is a plus
