  • In a techno-functional lead role, one must be capable to understand end-to-end business processes, articulate business requirements into solution in Oracle Cloud applications, and prototype & present solution to business by demonstrating application capabilities
  • Able to configure Oracle ERP Financial application modules and execute end to end transactions for solution testing
  • Drive or contribute to technical design, and propose end-to-end integrated solution in the overall application architecture
  • Ensure technical design and development meets security compliance criteria at all time
  • Identify and implement opportunities in the solution that will drive improvements in performance, scalability, reliability and re-usability.
  • Continue to drive down technical debt and cost of operations/support with the latest cutting-edge technologies and newer development methods & strategies.
  • Create technical design documents and develop code using Oracle technologies
  • Debug and root cause issues and provide acceptable solution to business within acceptable cost and agreed service level agreements to maintain the business continuity
  • Being a senior member, mentor or coach other members in the team. Share technology knowledge or impart trainings for effective and efficient working
  • Develop solution in accordance to the application architecture and coding standards
  • Work in an Agile team and able to articulate problem statements & solution recommendations with good communication and documentation skills
  • Work with product owners and technical developers from other cloud agile scrum teams in Finance application modules, Order-To-Cash or Procure-to-Pay business tracks, or Reporting scrums
  • Operate in a defined scope of development work for projects and deliver per the agreed project timelines
  • Operate in a defined development demands to fulfill business requirements, and to maintain a high-quality status
  • Own the deliverables till completion, facilitate smooth workflow for development & service delivery, design document, and support endlessly for smooth implementation
  • Be up to date with Oracle Cloud latest developments and releases to facilitate a cost-effective and native-to-business-requirement solution
  • Remain knowledgeable of current technology and carry out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum results
Requirements :
  • Minimum of 8-12 years Techno-functional working experience on Oracle R12 / Cloud Financial modules(AP/AR/GL/FA/CM/AGIS)
  • Experience in integration/development on Oracle PaaS, such as Visual Builder, Process Builder, Identity Cloud Services (IDCS), or Adapters from Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Experience in REST API, SOAP messaging, integrations with other enterprise applications using Oracle PaaS, and data reporting tools & capabilities
  • Knowledge on Agile project implementation methods or usage of Microsoft Azure (VSTS)
  • Working experience in estimating the effort require to develop code
  • Capable to create technical design and develop code for complex requirements
  • Good understanding of development environments and code deployment process
  • Good communication and presentation skills (verbal & written) and be able to articulate the problems and recommended solution to make design decisions with conviction
  • Excellent team player, and flexible to work based on projects and deliverable deadlines
  • A Bachelor or Masters' degree in Engineering or Business or Finance or Accounting
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge on integrating Oracle Financial Cloud application to SAP Ariba, Concur, or Workday system will be a strong added advantage
  • Working knowledge on various phases of the project implementation like capturing business requirements in Workshops, drawing Technical Architecture, prototyping and testing solution, managing fit/gap list and designing/developing/testing solution, helping business on Security & Control activities.
  • Experience on Conversion strategy or processes and drawing cutover steps for a smooth project go-live will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge on the latest technologies in Automation, Blockchain, Data Analytics, DevOps and API's will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Informatica Cloud and Informatica Power Center (or any other middleware suite) will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge on REST API, SOAP messaging, integrations with other enterprise applications using Oracle PaaS, and data reporting tools & capabilities
  • Working knowledge using Oracle Security Console
  • Knowledge of Oracle Unified Method (OUM)
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud development standards, guidelines, industry trends and best practices across IT enterprise will be an added advantage
  • Any knowledge articles or publications made on Oracle Cloud technologies or implementation methods will be an added advantage
  • All round experience in designing, developing, deploying, testing and maintaining User Interfaces, Reports, System Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows in Oracle Integration Cloud or PaaS will be an added advantage
  • Certification in Oracle Financial Cloud application or Oracle Integration Cloud PaaS will be an added advantage
