Department Overview

Reporting to the Delivery Transformation Executive, the Senior Manager, DT Change Lead (L11) is responsible for Change Management activities within the Delivery Transformation Program (Agile, DevOps, Test Transformation), helping define the enablers (required skills, tools, artifacts, etc...), supporting communications (including developing a communication strategy/plan) and interacting with the Change Management and delivery community with respect to transformation.

This position has a high level of interaction with other transformation programs, the segments / lines of business and will require a determined individual who can 'think outside the box' in terms of developing, communicating, sharing, enabling and driving adoption of TDBG Agile, DevOps and Test Transformation tools, tactics, outputs and patterns across AMCB. This person needs to have practical delivery experience, strong organizational skills, work with other team members and Segment CoE/practitioners in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
•Driving the change management activities related to the AMCB org
•Creating and delivering change management / strategy / communication materials and activities (i.e. training & intranet materials)
•Driving and evolving the DT Change Management practices and enablers
•Oversee and engage the Change Management community for Agile, DevOps, Test - working with segment delivery teams and Center for Enablement / DT Team
•Understand target states and the change required to progress towards them, including strategy, communication and change from a delivery and organizational perspective
•Create metrics to assess impact and effectiveness of Change Management artifacts, tools and processes
•Help manage change within AMCB (working with the team to intake of information, changes to relevant tools, process, and artifacts)
•Maintain positive working relationships with PMO, EPMO, STS-BMG and project/program team members and stakeholders
•Practice continuous improvement on interdependency practices, identifying areas for streamlining and efficiencies


•5+ years of experience managing change for large, complex initiatives / transformations
•Broad scale transformation experience (2,000+ people)
•Advanced knowledge of change analysis / management principles and methodologies (e.g. PROSCI)
•Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with change management, sufficient to be recognized as a subject matter expert
•Coaching and capability building experience on delivery teams
•In-depth understanding of Agile
•Highly developed communication and facilitation skills
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Superior multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
•Strong MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Ability to produce professional presentation material, and skilled in the delivery of presentations to executive audiences
•Strong problem solving skills and the ability to proactively identify risks / issues and recommend solutions
•Ability to digest complex information and summarize in a clear, concise fashion
•Ability to influence others in a matrix environment along with the ability to challenge and to influence change
•Comfortable working with all levels of the Bank


•The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background (e.g., business management, computer science, engineering)
•Change Management certification preferred
