Job Description

reports to the Senior AML Manager, Surveillance Strategies & Optimization (SSO) team in AML Program Development. This individual provides specialized business management guidance and support for the SSO team's activities and maintains policies / processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.


  • Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

  • • Work independently as the senior analyst / subject matter expert and may coach and educate others
    • Considered a subject matter expert within a given area
    • Oversee and/or independently perform tasks from end to end
    • Focus on short to medium -term issues (e.g. monthly-quarterly)
    • Generally reports to a Senior / Manager role


    Bachelors degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
    3-5 Years of related experience
    Excellent communication skills
    Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
    Exceptional active listening skills
    Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
