VP - Sr.Specialist, Digital Product Manager - Implementation (Technology)

  • Serves as platform evangelist, driving product adoption in response to consumer inquires
  • Serve as platformSME, own select client conduits including responding to inquiries received ingroup inbox
  • Performadministrative and configuration tasks for client websites including general adhoc FE system updates based on client requests
  • Liaises with cross-functional teams to provide products that address client needs.


  • Leads cross-functional sessions with teams such as Development andMarketing.
  • Extensive clientcontact / short-term relationship management
  • Serve as Product /Platform Evangelist and Ambassador in those client engagements
  • Thrive on solvingproblems, encourage adoption to benefit client's investor experience, growadoption of products through client contact
  • Identifyopportunities / gather feedback from clients to advance the platform aid product team to align experience we provide with client expectations.
  • Ensures project is on time and to budget.
  • Is highly familiar with product competitors, consumer trends, and marketstatus.
  • May act as the primary point of contact for small to medium sized projects including product or featureimplementation / configuration
  • Perform routine administrative orconfiguration tasks to assist client use and adoption of products
  • Responsible for analyzing, defining, and challenging the product'sbusiness case based on team and industry reports.
  • Serves as platform subject matter expert andresponds in timely fashion to related inquires or requests.
  • Determines project responsibilities and scope.
  • Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.
  • Manages billing and related communication or reports


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, 8-10 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Strong Relationship Management experience within technology, is preferred.
