US Client Window Account Manager - Analyst/AVP

The US Client Window team is responsible for maintaining daily contact with Securities Services clients booked in Europe and Asia. The team provides support to clients during US hours in relation with Settlement, Income, and Corporate action on US and foreign markets.
The Account Manager oversees the operational processes on behalf of his clients and ensures that queries are responded to in a timely manner.

  • Monitor clients daily activities including settlements, income payments, and corporate action
  • Monitor, process trades in repair status and ensure trades validation within market cut offs
  • Respond without delay to client inquiries
  • Contribute actively to the implementation and development of 3pAM model working closely with our Operations Hub in Europe :
    • Ensure procedures consistency with 3pAM teams in Europe and Asia
    • Hand over between Europe and US on a daily basis to ensure clients coverage during US hours to process trades and answer clients queries
    • Identify and propose improvements to the 3pAM model
  • Provide added value services (ad hoc reports, cash forecasts …)
  • Contribute to the high quality client service
  • Complete and comply with the department checklist ensuring all controls and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Design and maintain appropriate activity and KPI monitoring tools; Use these KPI to communicate activity levels to management
  • Work with Sales/Product teams for the onboarding on new client and ensure smooth transition
  • Adherence to all US regulations as related to the services offered
  • Participate in projects and global initiatives such as Follow The Sun model
  • Participate to clients Due Diligence Review, and regular service review with Securities Services locations delegating activities to the US Client Window
  • Maintain procedures and SLA updated
  • Answer audit and compliance requests

Minimum Required Qualifications
  • BA required,
  • Minimum of 2-5 years financial industry experience
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrates initiative
  • Client focus, with excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • Adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining quality
  • Risk aware and details oriented
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities while respecting tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree considered as a plus
