Specialist, Client Processing- Cash Management Services
High pressure environment that requires great multi-tasking skills.Oversees the settlement process for all sweep products, which have hard cutofftimes throughout the day and financial implications to the firm for errors, andsupervises a small Client Processing team. Deals with complex external clientissues (on-going client servicing for various products, support, resolvingoperational issues, and product implementations). Provides complex analyticsand reporting. Works with technology and other business partners to improve andautomate Client Processing systems, which may include the allocation andcoordination of work for the project and testing within the team. Assists incommunicating needs and issues with both internal and external clients.Participates in innovative product development, product enhancement, and systemtesting to ensure that processes continue to function accurately andefficiently. Solves complex problems based on an understanding and knowledge ofthe intricacies of the products, applicable regulatory requirements and systeminfrastructure. Uses in-depth area knowledge to apply ingenuity and creativityto common repeat problems and determines more permanent resolutions. Providestechnical assistance and support to lower level client processing roles.Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. Qualifications
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred. Experience in brokerage processing is preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
