Executive Manager, Infrastructure Engineering (Compute and Storage Lead)
Directs the strategy for key infrastructure areas within thefirm. Ensures appropriate resource allocation and organizational structures arein place. Manages multiple complex development projects, often global in scope.Oversees the development of strategy for infrastructure project execution,design and operation turnover within the firm.
Must have deep technical expertise designing, building andleading engineering teams responsible for enterprise storage and computeplatforms in a multi-vendor environment. Directs strategy for IT transformationin a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment leading infrastructure projectsthat have a broad impact across the organization. Must have experience managing budgets, contractsand senior level vendor relationships. Experience in presenting solutions to C-Level Executives and externalregulatory bodies.
Evaluates current methods and strategies and leads theimplementation of changes and improvements. Leads recruitment efforts, manages,and develops teams to maximize their collective contributions. Motivates lowerlevel managers to maximize their contributions and encourage professionalgrowth. Manages Infrastructure Engineering function through group managers. Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required, advanced degree is preferred.
- Fifteen (15+) years of related experience is required.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
