Director of Customer Success
Hamlyn Williams have partnered exclusively with an exciting manufacturing solutions start-up in New Jersey, who have just moved into an aggressive growth phase after securing a large funding round. They are looking to disrupt and change the MES space and re-invent the industry, developing their own MES solutions and innovative products to serve the Life Science Manufacturing industry. They use a low/no code system, so no need to code lots and lots and makes implementation easier!
The Director of Customer Success would be leading and growing their Customer Success team - currently 8 Customer Success Managers with a view to increase headcount in the next phase of growth. Requirements:
What they offer:
- SaaS background - specifically on business application process software, rather than a subscription service like Slack etc. Have to be familiar with upgrades, new features, web platforms, not just set and forget.
- Proven experience building and leading a team of Customer Success Managers.
- Someone who has managed 100's of clients would not be suitable, you need to be experience of a small amount of clients (e.g. around 20), so they can deep dive and really give great service. High touch points, hands on, white glove service, and defining strategy.
This is a genuinely exciting client and opportunity where company culture is paramount.
Salary would range from $190,000-$200,000 + equity + potential bonus.
Based in Jersey City but is flexible on remote working, some travel may be needed to the office. Must have full work rights in the US. We cannot provide sponsorship.
