Data Loss Prevention Senior Analyst - VP
As an experiencedprofessional in our Cybersecurity organization, you're equally committed towatching over our data today, as well as finding innovative new ways to protectit in the future. To do that, you'll help lead a highly motivated teamlaser-focused on analyzing, designing, developing and delivering solutionsbuilt to stop adversaries and strengthen our operations. You'll use yourleadership skills to give guidance, best practice advice and support across allour business and technology groups. You'll take the lead on incident response,risk reviews and vulnerability assessments, identifying threats, all of whichladder up to driving and selecting cost-effective solutions. You'll deploy bestpractices, new policies, and emerging trends to strengthen our strategicroadmap. You'll keep management, executive directors, managing directors andstakeholders in the loop, as well as managing people and budgets. As a member of the Cybersecurity Operations team, the DataLoss Prevention Senior Analyst will bepart of a team that provides oversight and thought leadership for securitytechnologies in the Data Loss Prevention environment. The individual will beresponsible for evaluating incidents, analyzing trends and patterns, buildingcontrols to detect and block items of concern, researching new trends in theDLP threat landscape globally, defining how the incidents are ingested by SIEMsystems and subsequently correlated with other risk factors for prioritizationand assessment.

The individual will play a critical role in expanding DataLoss Prevention security controls in the environment to consider insiderthreats, and work closely with the DLP Triage Operations team, other IT andbusiness areas to ensure sound and consistent implementation of security withinIT infrastructure and business processes and while also working independentlyto analyze data and designing workable solutions, both tactically andstrategically.

The candidate must have experience working on teamsresponsible for the management and/or implementation of Data Loss Prevention,Data Protection, Insider Threat or User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA)toolsets.

  • Deliver subject matter expertise by researching, identifying, and implementing data loss prevention solutions to protect business critical data.
  • Understands and employs defense-in-depth principles to eliminate risk, vulnerabilities and improve security controls
  • Partners with the business to prioritize and deliver capabilities as defined by the strategic roadmap

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partner teams on the planning, implementation, and rollout of DLP programs and solutions.


This position is anticipated to require the use ofone or more High Security Access (HSA) systems. Users of these systems aresubject to enhanced screening which includes both criminal and creditbackground checks, and/or other enhanced screening at the time of accepting theposition and on an annual basis thereafter. The enhanced screening will need tobe successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.

Qualifications:

Solid experience in supporting and improving Cybersecurity controls in support of the business
BSc of Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred.
Preferred Product/Vendor Certifications in Symantec, Splunk

Preferred Industry Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC (some Insider Threat cert) or equivalent.
