• On behalf of a global financial services organization, responsible for requirements gathering, functional specification, data analysis, test planning, preparation, execution and coordination of system rollouts. • Provide project management and technical business analysis services to a range of system implementation projects. • Serve as a senior team resource, liaising with Business and IT teams to gather and define detailed requirements and functional specifications for IT system implementation projects. • Meet with key business stakeholders and development teams on a daily basis to address any queries raised during the sprint implementation. • Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. • Assist in training team members. Assist in overseeing quality and timeliness of delivery of junior team members' work.
What we're looking for:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field and three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst or related occupation. Must have at least three (3) years of employment experience with each of the following required skills:
• Building web pages, designing components, modeling templates and deploying content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); • Building and evaluating mockups and redline specs using Zeplin, User Interface, and User Experience Design; • Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyzing trade-offs between usability and performance needs using the software development lifecycle; • Evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguishing user requests using analytic and product management skills; • Applying web statistics and other analytic data to development tasks and generating reports using Adobe Analytics; • Using Data analytic tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) that involves capturing specific data and converting it into useful metrics; and • Providing qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand the business needs.
