As a Barclays Collateral Management & Client Valuations Engineer Developer, you will be part of the US development team and will be responsible for development of work items assigned, which, support the business and platform re-architecture needs. You will analyze the current platform and implement new Business requirements and you will work on enhancing existing business functions. You will help meet both our own and the regulatory goals for effective and efficient management of collateral and liquidity across our global businesses.

What will you be doing?
• Monitoring the collateralization requirements arising from the trading activities of those counterparties with margin documentation in place on a daily basis
• Building, maintaining and enhancing relationships at all levels including interacting effectively with other key areas within the bank on regular basis.
• Following Agile development process defined by CMCV IT; involving interaction and collaboration with various internal areas
• Adhering to CMCV architecture and design appropriate technical solutions
• Participating in design & code reviews; offering suggestions to improve team knowledge
• Producing documented & tested software for delivery to production
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Mathematics or Scientific discipline
• Experienced in C# .Net covering Server side development and SOA
• Experience with WCF, WPF, XML, OOPs
• Previous experience in server side application development with solid understanding of multi-threading
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Automation / DevOps exposure (preferable)
• Previous experience / knowledge with Angular and Cloud
