Asset Allocation Research Team, Technical Intern

The global asset allocation (GAA) group manages around $450 billion of multi-asset class strategies spanning equities, fixed income (including both investment grade and high yield) and commodities.

The Asset Allocation Research Team conducts economic, fundamental, and quantitative research to develop asset allocation recommendations for Fidelity's portfolio managers and investment teams.

The goal of the project is to develop a computational framework that can be useful in extracting asset allocation signal from textual information, such as news flow, speeches, and other communications.

  • A master's or doctorate student required.
  • Experience in computer science, particularly in the areas of machine learning, neural networks, or evolutionary computing, with an emphasis on text analytics.
