ECM Marketing - AVP

The incumbent will be defining and executing in-depth data analysis of existing customers to identify profitability growth opportunities and evaluating customers' profitability under various programs, channels, and developing & optimizing targeting strategy based on profit and loss evaluation results.

Specifically you will be -

* Analyzing program's performance and making improvements to the targeting strategy to support the bank's wallet share and profitability growth objectives
* Designing, executing, and reading results of foundational testing agenda for BT program
* Adapting and revising the program as needed for newly purchased portfolios
* Identifying gaps and areas for enhancements in reporting infrastructure, both from the key performance indicators perspective
* Driving speed to market and delivery of reports via business intelligence tools

Helpful skills consist of -

* Credit cards, retail bank or lending financial services industry experience is preferred
* Balance transfer analytics, marketing valuation/ optimization or risk strategy experience is preferred
* Master's degree in analytical/ statistical discipline is preferred (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research or related quantitative)
