Role Qualifications
- 6+ years of insurance accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including balance sheet reconciliations and P&L management
- Proven ability to evaluate processes, streamline workflows, and implement operational improvements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
