The Partner Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of global partner marketing programs for nCinos growing list of strategic implementation and technology partners. Reporting to nCinos Associate Manager Public and Analyst Relations, this role will work closely with nCinos Public Relations and Conference and Events teams, as well as our Partner, Channels and Alliances Team to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with our partners that drive brand awareness and generate leads. As nCino continues its global growth, this role is critical in helping ensure effective promotion and marketing of the nCino brand and our customers success jointly with our partners. This person will serve as the primary marketing contact and manage regular communications and coordination with key partners including Salesforce, our global system integration (SI) partners and select technology partners to plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of marketing and communications activities, events, speaking opportunities, sponsorships and more. In addition, this person will lead all partner activities, presence and sponsorship programs for nCinos annual user conference, nSight. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders, is an enthusiastic and highly organized professional with strong communication skills, good judgement and decision-making ability, and a strong desire to roll up their sleeves to work collaboratively and define/execute world-class marketing with our partners.
  • Develop marketing plans and craft co-marketing programs and initiatives with our partners across multiple platforms and channels, such as joint press releases, case studies, events and receptions, to help drive new leads, accelerate deal closings, and strengthen nCinos brand
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact / liaison and manage regular communications and coordination with key partners including Salesforce and our global SI partners to plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of marketing and communications activities, events, speaking opportunities, sponsorships and more, ensuring optional communication and coordination around joint events and marketing activities
  • Manage the full partner program of nSight, nCinos annual user conference with more than 1,200 attendees, including all partner involvement, participation, sponsorships and related partner activities
  • Help provide marketing support to nCinos partner resell channels, as appropriate
  • Oversee all joint-partner related activities at Dreamforce, Salesforces annual conference, including joint speaking submissions with partners and clients, joint client dinners, receptions and other events
  • Provide support for numerous other conferences and events each year where we participate and collaborate with a partner(s)
  • Assist with other marketing and event administrative and logistics functions as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of prior professional experience in a communications, marketing or corporate role
  • Skilled at the art of communication and collaboration internally and externally and comfortable interfacing with senior level executives
  • Proven self-starter and quick learner
  • Possesses a high level of professionalism
  • Experience managing projects with multiple groups involved and many moving parts
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a consistent CAN DO attitude
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Able to work a flexible schedule driven by event business needs, which may include working evenings, weekends and occasional holidays
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university required

10-15% Travel is required
