Software Development Lead, Associate Director - Private Markets
You will build, lead and grow a team delivering functionality for our Private Capital Market clients in our multi-tenant AWS hosted application. You will combine your passion for technology with your client focus to build high quality and complex software solutions, helping technology teams delivering their full potential. You will oversee delivery from your team as part of the broader global team, across development, QA and Devops function. You will liaise with your product owners and senior technology partners across the division to establish and evolve the technical direction for the platform.
You will be working in the Private Capital Markets development Team in the USA. The team is part of the larger Private Capital Markets technology team, currently operating out of the USA, UK, Russia, Ukraine and India. All team members share a passion for technology and solving complex technical problems with focus on quality. Your expertise:
- Experience managing high performing software development teams.
- Strong understanding and experience building large-scale distributed C# platforms
It's a bonus if you also have:
- Good understanding of cloud technology, preferably AWS, React and Python
- Strong understanding of quality and testing automation
- Understanding of service-based and serverless architectures and the challenges they can present
