Legal Entity Standard Reporting (LESR) is a global team with 165 staff responsible for the generation and submission of standard reports at group or entity level, including financial accounts and related disclosures, head office reporting (ADAC), statistical regulatory reporting, and management information reporting for business and regional management.
The LESR Americas team based in Raleigh is a 16 member team responsible for the for head office reporting, standalone legal entity statistical regulatory reporting and financial statements of Credit Suisse's US Intermediate Holding Company (IHC) and its subsidiaries as well as Credit Suisse's New York and Cayman Branches.

Role description:
  • Directly lead a team of 3 who are responsible for the derivative, stock loan/stock borrow and resale/repurchase agreement disclosure reporting for these entities from a head office, financial statement and regulatory reporting perspective under US GAAP.
  • You are responsible for compliance with GAAP, SEC and regulatory requirements.
  • You will handle and maintain an effective control environment in the disclosure accounting area.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of new business, new policy, and new regulations in presenting true and fair information.
  • You will manage relationships with CS management in New York, Zurich and Pune and other CS departments (e.g. Product Control, Legal Entity Accounting and Reporting), and liaison as necessary with external business partners (auditors, regulators and the SEC).
  • Credit Suisse maintains a Working Flexibility Policy, subject to the terms as set forth in the Credit Suisse United States Employment Handbook.
