combine expertise in sales, requirementsgathering and scoping and project management to deliver large, complexenterprise products with multi-million dollar contract value.
The Product Manager develops and expands arelationship of trust with the customers that they are delivering projects for.They do this through outstanding service and execution, includingresponsibility for internally carrying the product vision, developing thedelivery roadmap, and the management of the delivery of the solution. As ProductManager, you represent Bright Wolf
'speople and solutions to the customer, leading the Software Development LifeCycle and ensuring your customers' needs and expectations are exceeded by thedelivery team.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
? Develop a solid and trusting relationshipwith your clients.
? Develop a complete understanding of keyclient needs at the technical, commercial, and relationship levels
? Establish an overarching commercial &technical roadmap with timelines of performance across multiple projects
? Proactively manage risks toprojects and the long term product roadmap in order to ensure long term clientsuccess.
? Collaborate with sales and engineeringteams as needed for scoping, writing, and winning proposals
? Manage resolution of client issues andchallenges
? Anticipate account changes and improvements
? Manage communications between clients andinternal teams
? Strategic planning to improve clientresults
? Establish and oversee internal budgets withthe company and external budgets with your clients
? Partner with the engineeringteam and manage tasks and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on timewithin budget
? Communicate status andmanaging expectations both internally and externally
