The Prime Brokerage Client Ops - Settlements & Trade Capture Services Representative provides an operational point of entry for Prime clients trading across the Equities, Options and Fixed income instruments including Repos on a global scale. This requires ownership of various tasks to optimize the client experience, reduce breakage and recommendation of efficiency improvements. Heavy daily client interaction with opportunity for client visits, training and operational lift/strategy analysis with Prime Services
Responsibilities:
  • Provide day to day direct client coverage for all Prime Brokerage clients; support Client Service Representatives with all Trade management and Settlements related needs
  • Process client trades and trade files on ad -hoc basis, Monitor the Trade Alert Manager (TAM) queue investigating any trades that have been captured. Investigate and resolve trade issues, liaise with the client if necessary
  • Provide a single point of contact for all Prime Brokerage clients and business unit for all of their Trade management and Settlements related needs
  • Deliver on team objectives as identified that include but not limited to:
  • Commercial Opportunities
  • Internal Efficiencies
  • External Efficiencies
  • Risk & Controls
  • People / Conduct & Ethics Standards
  • Involvement in business initiatives, requirements gathering and user acceptance testing
  • Ability to work across business on behalf of client relationship
