Operational Risk Manager # 124468

We Offer
The Capital and Stress Testing team within Operational Risk Management department performs global stress testing activities, including modeling the operational risk capital for Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test (DFAST).

The incumbent's role will be to contribute to the ongoing improvement and maintenance of the ORM CCAR program and its underlying components.

Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop deep understanding of the CCAR/DFAST model and related policies and standards (CCAR, 9Q Forecasting, and 14Q/A data submission)
  • Improve tools used for stress testing
  • Execute model control activities (including: quarterly attestation and certification, run-rate loss estimates, model update, and compilation of the Risk Committee materials)
  • Manage key risks and controls for the CCAR/DFAST program, document framework of controls and requirements; maintain procedures and support key partners
  • Draft documentation to support stress test submissions

You Offer
Required Qualifications:
  • You have 3+ years of experience in credit or operational risk management or 5+ years of business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 2+ years must include direct experience in operational risk management
Desired Qualifications:
  • You have quantitative skills with ability to interpret model outputs and interact with modelers
  • You have operational risk management experience
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present to senior partners with impact and influence
  • You have strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
