OTC & FX Trade Validation Outgoing Specialist # 128002

We offer you an unusual opportunity for growth and development within a rapidly changing environment in Trade Validation. To successfully perform in this role, you will have a deep understanding of the current EMIR/Dodd Frank regulations and understand a variety of OTC (Over the Counter) products. You will be required to challenge the status quo in order for the team to follow regulatory requirements, develop solid relationships with key partners such as Legal, Trade Management and Front Office and work with the global Operations team to achieve timely dispatch of confirmations.
  • Risk mitigation of unauthorized trading risk by way of OTC & Foreign Exchange & Trade Validation process
  • Draft/review OTC ISDA confirmations for Rates, Credit Equity, FX and Commodities
  • Draft MCA (Master Confirmation Agreement) and Side letter for FX Derivatives
  • Timely and accurately query resolution with Trade Management and Front Office
  • Stay abreast of industry changes and regulatory target
  • Interactions with Front Office, Trade Management, Legal and global TV team in New York, London, Singapore and Poland

You Offer
  • You have 1-2 years industry experience preferred
  • You have solid organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize work
  • You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • You have confident personality, as liaison with Front Office, Legal Department, other Ops Dept. and clients is a fundamental part of the role - extraordinary customer service skills
  • You are dedicated and highly motivated - desire to question beyond the basics, goal oriented and seeks for resolution of problems
  • You have high levels of accuracy and attention to details
  • You have the ability to adapt to change
  • Banking/Financial experience preferred
  • ISDA expertise desirable not mandatory will be learned
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • You have proficient English language speaking skills
  • You are proficient with MS Excel
