Diversity of thought is important to the success of Internal Audit and to complete our audit team in Raleigh we are seeking to recruit an Internal Audit COO Coordinator.
  • Support delivery of the IA strategy
  • Direct reporting line to the U.S. COO of IA, working very closely with leadership in the region and globally
  • Support the regional IA Leadership in executing the IA strategy and in promoting the IA operating model
  • Support with local governance, management and control and staff development processes, departmental communication and for other department wide operational and administrative support
  • Influence and Resource Management
  • Assist with regional audit scheduling, liaising closely with Heads of Audit and the Practice to align resource requirements with appropriate skill availability
  • Assist with development plans by demonstrating regional audit scheduling responsibility for the Practice to support staff and their line managers to match development aspirations with planned audit work; Assist with organizing and track training opportunities
  • Monitor the Action Tracking Verification progress and resource as items come due
  • Recruitment support to U.S. COO with lateral, Real Returns, and Summer Analyst approaches
  • Control
  • On- and off-boarding of staff with support from regional administrative team
  • Help drive efficiency within IA and support process improvements and operational processes including user access and business continuity
  • Regulatory Coordination
  • Assist with overall regulatory requests including redactions, preparation for regulatory affairs submissions, and tracking of exams/requests from regulators
