Group Ops Regional COO Business Analyst

  • Leading and reporting group operations functional performance metrics.
  • Update regional dashboards and capacity utilization models, enhanced depth charts etc.
  • Coordinate, report and support creation of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR).
  • Handle Workforce reporting along with analyzing and balancing monthly resource forecasts.
  • Work with regional and global teams to ensure ongoing controls.
  • Partner with functional leads to validate resource footprint and month-to-month changes.
  • Present changes to senior management on a monthly basis.
  • Support Regional Service Management reporting.
  • Provide monthly recovery & resolution planning status reporting.
  • Validate critical services and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate headcount reporting and forecast with Regional Head.
  • Ensure compliance with intra-group outsourcing policies.
  • Coordinate regional outsourcing initiatives and reporting requirements.
  • Perform quarterly ongoing reviews and attestations of critical outsourced service relationships.
  • Perform annual risk reviews of critical outsourced services.
  • Maintain and validate outsourced service inventory and outsourcing management tool.
  • Maintain service agreements between CS legal entities as well as Third parties and providing Management Support.
  • Support Regional Head and Regional Management Committee members.
  • Provide regional control and oversight of expense approval systems.
  • Lead regional business continuity status along with maintain Regional COO SharePoint.

  • You have deep Knowledge of share-point management, with superb PowerPoint skills.
  • You are experienced with presenting and communicating with small teams for ensuring continuous scope of improvement.
  • You possess good analytical skills with good exposure in working with senior managers.
  • You have significant experience in either resource, financial, audit and/or expense analysis.
  • You possess relevant experience in project management and process management.
  • You are dedicated, ability to partner effectively with remote and teams across globe.
  • You love giving strong attention to details.
  • You have good social and hands-on skills as well as being a self-starter.
