Global Markets - Senior Franchise Officer – Raleigh Workforce Strategy Analyst #119758

We Offer
Local Raleigh hire in the newly formed Credit Suisse Raleigh organization, primarily responsible for Raleigh workforce strategy across all of Credit Suisse.

Resource will:
  • You will track Raleigh headcount movement as it pertains to all classes of resources and own the golden source reporting for all Raleigh headcount reporting in CS
  • You will analyze Raleigh historic trends by division and produce management level visualizations/reporting
  • You will work with divisions to produce accurate headcount forecasts and ensure they are hitting their dedications
  • You will build models and scenarios based on headcount analytics by division to help ensure we track to the 1200 dedication
  • You will produce JDIG reporting to the North Carolina state on tax incentive tracking
  • You will help divisions through the MPP process when migrating roles from other CS locations to Raleigh
  • You will support Raleigh marketing and brand management activities
