Opportunity:

GM, IBCM, CUSO/CIB CRO Governance team is seeking an AVP to work within the Risk Division. The Team is responsible for handling key Risk Management forums within GM and IBCM divisions and the CUSO/CIB entities, ensuring implementation of governance framework, as well as providing fit-for-purpose Management Information (MI) for CRO. The AVP will assist in strengthening the CRO governance process by analyzing existing structure/process to identify possible points of improvement and integration. Further the AVP will be tasked with collecting holistic risk analysis with forward looking views highlighting emerging risk for CRO and Board/Risk Management Committee members. Also the AVP will support the organization of risk management committee meetings with Group CRO, Heads of Business, Division/Entity/Business Line CRO(s) and senior members in CRO/CFO divisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • You are primarily responsible for the regular collation, analysis and distribution of cross-risk Management Information report packages
  • You will engage with contributors across all risk functions, business divisions, and other support functions as needed
  • You will support the organization and execution of senior Risk Management Committees
  • You will identify areas of improvement that can strengthen existing processes
  • You will provide robust governance of Risk Management Committees
  • Some responsibilities include maintaining meeting procedure documents, drafting meeting minutes, and handling meeting logistics
