Finance Change - Liquidity Reporting Program - Business Analyst # 108407

We Offer
As part of the Liquidity Reporting Program's global Finance Change team, you will work on assignments to provide improvements to the Bank's strategic liquidity management and regulatory reporting framework. You will have the opportunity to interact with key stakeholders globally across Treasury, LMR, MLRM, IT and various involved front office departments. Specifically the role involves:
  • You understand and document detailed business requirements and translate business needs into technical systems and operational improvement solution
  • You perform detailed data analysis to assess data gaps and work with cross-functional to agree solution
  • You develop test plans, cases and scripts for system releases and manage and/or execute functional testing and user acceptance testing
  • You execute tasks on a timely basis according to a defined project work plan / project schedule
  • You handle issues / risks on projects with timely critical issues and suggestions for issues resolution
  • You provide periodic status reports to program lead, partners, and various governance forums
  • You apply knowledge of functionality and technology to automate processes as needed
  • You collaborate with other teams on cross-functional team projects
  • You perform root cause analysis of issues related to data or business requirements. Follow through on issues and open item with multiple partners globally and develop solutions, propose solutions, and facilitate agreeing a conclusion

You Offer
  • You have 2+ years of Banking / Broker-Dealer experience
  • You may also have 1-2 years of consulting experience
Technical/Business Skills and Knowledge (essential)
  • You are able to be dedicated in finding opportunities for process and systems change and assess / improve business processes
  • You have basic good knowledge of project management discipline and fundamentals
  • You are proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite, including Visio and MS Project
  • You are able to perform in high-pressure environment
  • You can multitask and work on multiple projects at the same time
  • You have strong attention to detail and highly analytical and creative
  • You demonstrated the ability to document information accurately and succinctly
  • You are an excellent teammate (displays enthusiasm, confidence & dedication)
  • You have solid communication ability (verbal & written)
  • You have the ability to work independently
  • You possess ability to quickly learn new topics, identify and focus on key business concerns
Technical/Business Skills and Knowledge (desirable)
  • Specific experience with Liquidity Treasury processes
  • Solid knowledge of Balance Sheet / Off Balance Sheet data
  • Detailed understanding of Investment Banking products
  • Solid knowledge of project management discipline
