Due Diligence Response Associate
Department Overview:

The Response Management team is responsible for responding to formal customer requests from the firm including, RFPs, RFIs, Due Diligence, Risk Assessments and Questionnaires. We partner with sales, product, legal and technology while managing the response process.

Position summary:

This individual will produce and deliver: Risk Assessments, Vendor Questionnaires, Due Diligence and general Questionnaires along with assisting in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Request for Information (RFI) or any other type of formal customer communication across numerous products and business lines.
They will work closely with business and technical leads towards building consistent and accurate responses and must understand the product solution & platform from a business and technical perspective to address responses for Information Security, Compliance & Product Risk and BCP planning. They also will assist in updating team database content and onboarding additional product groups and will be able to coordinate the preparation, execution and delivery of formal responses representing the firm. This includes creation, modification and maintenance of content which will require collaboration between numerous groups and achieving proper signoff.

Duties & Accountabilities:
  • Preparing Proposals, Risk Assessments, Vendor Questionnaires, Due Diligence, General Questionnaires and Presentations.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as sales, product, legal, marketing and communications to respond to customer responses and create accurate, persuasive and cogent responsive documents.
  • Ensures that responses are accurate, comply with high company standards and are completed by the assigned deadlines.
  • Assists with overall communication and approvals for responses which represent our entire organization.
  • Assists with our centralized database (RocketDocs) processes, policies and procedures to drive improvement in tools and content.
  • This individual will work closely with business and technical leads towards building consistent and accurate responses and must understand the product solution & platform from a business and technical perspective.
  • Ensures that responses are accurate, comply with high company standards and are completed by the assigned deadlines.

Education and Experience:
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Knowledge of financial products is preferred
  • Understanding of Information Security, Risk, Vulnerability and Business Continuity functions would be an advantage
  • Understanding of SOC Compliance and other industry control frameworks.
  • Experience with creating proposals leveraging RocketDocs software is preferred
  • Cross-organizational experience preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office products required (Word, Excel) and a knowledge of MS Project is essential and previous Salesforce experience would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of vendor management processes and compliance considerations preferred, but not required.
