An opportunity exists in the IB and CRCO Technology division to lead all aspects of communications and employee engagement function across the 9000+ person organization as a key member of CAO function.
IB and CRCO Technology provides innovative, robust and commercially differentiating front-to-back technology solutions to the IB and CRCO divisions, in support of delivering a robust, clear, and fully coordinated markets franchise to our clients. The function collaborates with the IB and CRCO Technology CAO and works closely with senior management and other communications colleagues within the division.
The incumbent will be responsible for primarily providing support for Business Management work stream along with Communications and Engagement work streams. The role offers the opportunity to gain significant experience within IB and CRCO Technology, to play an important role in the day to day operations, messaging and communication of the division's strategy, and to work directly with the senior leaders in the organization. This role in based in Raleigh.
  • Assist with coordination of weekly MC meetings through creating agendas, collating and distributing materials, recording minutes, taking attendance
  • Work on quarterly employee recognition program: assist with collating submissions and logistics
  • Maintain and update organizational charters and org charts
  • Assist with planning and logistics of the Town Halls and On sites
  • Collate and coordinate external award nomination submissions
  • Collate various departmental metrics and achievements as needed
  • Chip in towards multiple written and electronic communications channels such as video channel, social media, intranet, newsletters, etc.
  • Maintain and update content on organizational intranet website.
  • Assist in coordination of global and specialty employee engagement events, designed to promote engineering culture and increase the level of engagement between senior leaders and staff

  • Understanding of and experience with video production (primarily script writing and partnering with MEPS) preferred, but not required
