Serve as the primary Army client unit's point of contact for coordination with other Major Army Commands for unit readiness exercise support. Conduct oversight for scheduling, execution, and evaluation of unit training routinely. Ensure all Mission Command Staff training events are loaded into Mission Analysis Readiness Resource Synchronization (MARRS). Coordinate changes to scheduled training and resolve conflicts using workshops and daily contact in the scheduling process, as needed. Assist with analyses and studies for the development of future training processes, including Sustainable Readiness training strategies, leading to redesign of the Battalion Level Training Model (BLTM) and the Training Resource Model (TRM). Advise, assist, mentor, and furnish information through papers and briefings, as requested. Lead the scheduling and initial planning for Command Post Exercise-Functional (CPX-F) events for brigade and higher headquarters units.
-Experience with Mission Analysis Readiness Resource Synchronization (MARRS), Army Training Information Management System (ARTIMS), and Force Management System (FMSWeb)
-Experience with the scheduling, execution, and evaluation of unit training
-Experience with the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
-Knowledge of the Battalion Level Training Model (BLTM) and the Training Resource Model (TRM)
-Secret clearance required
-HS diploma or GED and 5 years of experience with US Army Reserve (USAR) Training Command Unit Readiness (UR) exercise support or BA or BS degree
-Experience as an Army unit commander
-BA or BS degree in Analytics
-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
