Manage mobilization functions for an Army client command. Review and monitor Soldier and unit requests for Training Base mobilizations, extensions, and CO-ADOS tours. Use and monitor appropriate Army automated systems, including Department of the Army Mobilization Processing System (DAMPS), Web-based Automated Messaging System (WAMS), and Department of the Army Mobilization Processing System-Army (DAMPS-A) track mobilization actions, and anticipate future Executive Orders and taskings. Use personnel and other data systems to verify the mobilization eligibility of individual soldiers. Maintain current and statistical information on all actions. Coordinate subordinate Training Commands regarding mobilization taskings and readiness status. Maintain experience with all current mobilization, ADOS, and other related policies and regulations. Plan and coordinate support to summer camps and track drill sergeant and drill sergeant school status and taskings, as required.
-Experience with the Army automated systems, including DAMPS, WAMS, DAMPS-A, Mission Analysis Readiness Resource Synchronization (MARRS), and Army Training Requirement and Resource System (ATRRS)
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
-Knowledge of the Army Reserve mobilization process
-BA or BS degree or 5 years of experience with the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) or TRADOC
-Experience as a Drill Sergeant
-Experience with training as an instructor or curriculum developer
